Sydney in the office and David in maintenance are two beautifully genuine people that care about the well being of their tenants. It’s not about amenities, it’s about feeling like you are home. This is home.

Touchstone was a joke, honestly every since genesis has taken over it’s been a nightmare…we were fine with Allied but every since they sold the property, it’s not been the same until Jennifer, the property manager, has really began to turn this place around as much as she can. This property is a nightmare, falling apart daily but Jenn has done everything she can to try to fix each problem as they arise…we are so relieved to have a manager that takes care of this property I just pray they don’t screw the residents and ever get rid of her, she’s a blessing

submitted by Harmony T. - |Recommended: NoHasn’t been a great experience — The apartment is nice but I have had constant issues with my apartment since I moved in, we never have a maintenance technician and the office staff doesn’t seem to care about my urgent maintenance needs
