We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. Cats and dogs are welcome. There is no weight restriction, but we do not allow aggressive breeds. Fees include $350 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet. There is also a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet. These deposits and fees are non refundable.
It's important to us that our community be a wonderful place to live for all who live there. As a result, we are a smoke-free community.
